Fitted and well-selected footwear can make you smart and it is needed to perform our activities prudently. So, you should choose appropriate footwear. If a sport man chooses inappropriate footwear, he/she can’t perform his/her best. He gets injury in most cases. Consider variables, durability and fit during the selection. You should select your shoes thinking about your purposes.

Appropriate Sized and Fitted Shoes

Almost all of the shoes do not stretch and feet do not shrink ever. If your nails hurt, feet cramp, there’s something wrong in fitting of the shoes. Don’t over tight the lace. Keep shoes properly in shoe box. Use a pack of silica gel inside it. Maintain a good body posture while moving.
