No one can get happiness permanently. But it can be gain in
many ways by swerving off the path of anger, anxiety, frustration and sadness.
These ways can be helpful in different situations to get back happiness. You
can choose or apply any of these if it is workable for you.
Mindful
Practice: Be
in time. Avoid thinking about your check up tomorrow while having dinner with
your family, focus on the here and now.
Discussion of
fun: Start
to discuss about any happy or funny event. It will help you to raise levels of
endorphins and satisfaction and low down producing stress.
Hum along: Music soothes more
than the savage beast. Music has been the part of studies. Music works to
produce happiness as like as food. It activates the parts of the brain and
gives relaxation. But also be aware of stopping it.
Sleeping: You should go to
sleep at 9pm. Take a book and start reading for an hour then off your light. It
will change your mood and attitude sensible.

bank of the river or sea. Close your eyes and start meditating. It will make

for breathing deeply or relaxing when every where is covered with papers,
magazines, reports, official correspondence and bill papers etc. Again, the

project which produces heavy stresses for you, you can give the responsibility
of handling it to others and make yourself out of it.
Writing down the
activities: You can write down your tasks everyday. It will organize
your thoughts and feelings and release your anxiety. When you will verify every
item of tasks, it will give a great sense of satisfaction.
Doing thing at a

pressure. When you will start doing anything, try to keep your full attention

Garden:

Helping others is undoubtedly a sensible work. It helps to cope with your
problems and provides social interaction. It upgrades one’s happiness too.
Spending time
alone: Everyone has to take too much stress only for the
relationship. You can spend your time alone in reading, antiquing or traveling
to revive yourself.
Giving priority
to close relationship: To control the blood pressure, cholesterol
levels, blood sugar metabolism and stress hormone levels, supportive fiends can
play a great role. They can help you when you feel alone, depression and
isolation.
Religious
activities: Do religious activities. It will generate faith which
provides a sense of life’s meaning, feelings of acceptance, a timeless
perspective of life’s miseries.
Positivism:
Keep your mind positive. Think about your health, friends, family, freedom,
education etc with a positive outlook. You will get happiness.
