Here are the steps:

Designing

Choose the best logo style from the available styles.
Transferred to Design-Your-Logo page
Choose the font, text size, colors etc.
Specify the output file format.
After specifying all the parameters, click on Render Logo button, wait for a while.
After your text comes out, download it.

You can change and edit your logo again and again.

Replaceing

Go to Dashboard > Design > Page Elements or layout.
Click the Edit link at bottom right hand corner of 'Header widget' box.
Select Image > From your computer. Click Browse to select the file that you’ve downloaded. Under Placement, select “Have description placed after the image” option and select the 'shrink it to fit'.
Click save, and then View blog.

Now your Header will be added in your website. You can use this way according to your wish.
